Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Licensed Mortgage Broker, located in Richmond, BC. The Licensed Mortgage Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgages, providing customized financial advice, analyzing and preparing loan applications, managing debt consolidation plans, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also includes networking with lenders, implementing innovative marketing strategies, and keeping up with industry trends and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mortgage Brokerage, including knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations
• Familiarity with Debt Consolidation and related financial processes
• Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and Brokerage strategies
• Strong understanding of Finance and financial consulting practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, goal‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant certifications and licenses required for practice as a Mortgage Broker in British Columbia
• Experience in the financial or real estate industry is an asset
