SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is an associate level sales position who is primarily responsible for outside sales lead generation, qualification, the prospect relationship, social media marketing initiatives, increasing revenue and profit, building great relationships with clients, and for professionally representing the company in the market.
This position serves as the primary service contact for new clients and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through collaboration with other team members.
This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to accounts, as well as to professionally represent the company’s brand in the market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain a list of potential clients of approved industries and company types
- Coordinate and conduct outbound lead generation phone calls and email campaigns
- Develop / qualify leads within specified new potential customer segment in your assigned region
- Conduct initial lead qualification discussions with prospects at the appropriate decision-making level
- Secure and participate in discovery meetings for architecture team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with delivery team regarding up-selling programs, services, and value-added products into current customer base
- Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities by focusing on qualifying marketing generated demand leads and utilizing outbound tactics to generate sales demand with targeted accounts
- Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company’s mission and values
- Stay abreast of and learn about all new technical applications, products, programs, and services available to customers in the territory and for applying or utilizing them whenever appropriate or timely
- Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills : writing, editing, and presenting
- Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to the install base accounts
- Collaborate with the sales leader and the team regarding sales strategy
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Post Secondary education a benefit
- Minimum of 2 years successful experience as a successful outside sales representative or in a similar customer facing role
- Proven track record of closing sales to meet / exceed targets
- Prior experience successfully working in a technology related field
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to learn, absorb recommendations and adopt / execute successful sales techniques
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned weekly / monthly goals and targets related to activity levels and best practices
- At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
