As a Senior Salesforce Consultant - Financial Services at Plative, you will be advising and implementing Salesforce solutions to our portfolio of Financial Services clients.
Candidates for this role should possess a deep knowledge of the Salesforce.com capabilities across the Financial Services industry.
You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executive stakeholders, uncover business requirements, develop technical strategies, and create effective solutions that address the client’s requirements.
As part of the Plative Innovation Services team, you will be building out and executing a long-term innovation roadmap for our client’s Salesforce journey across multiple Salesforce products.
Responsibilities Include :
- Liaise with Financial Services clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth in the Financial Services industry.
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather business, functional and technical requirements
- Run sessions with internal team members to deeply understand business requirements and perform business process analysis
- Take a hands-on approach to architecture, troubleshooting, and providing solutions / fixes for simple / complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal team members to deliver quality work and raise project limitations and risks early
- Provide on-demand learning assistance to clients, including navigation, workflows, and saved search creation.
- Configure and customize Salesforce.com core products
- Manage and facilitate project delivery and build components as necessary.
- Develop and contribute to data migration and / or system integration strategy
- Guide testing approach, both for internal QA and UAT
- Work with multiple clients simultaneously to deliver innovative enhancements and solutions
- Lead and facilitate project management duties to drive the success of client engagements, following the Plative Innovate Services project methodology.
Basic Qualifications :
- 3-5 years Salesforce experience and within a consulting environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited
- Salesforce Sales, Service and / or Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flows
- Project management experience
- Ability to be creative and develop new ideas or approaches for client issues.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of cross functional consultants in the delivery of a project
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience with Wealth and Asset Management Firms
- Data visualization experience with Tableau or CRM Analytics (CRMA)
- Understanding of related third party tools within the Financial Services space
- Delivered numerous complex Salesforce projects
