Wage : $23.00 / hr

Shift : Flexible 7 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM or 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM

Shifts available : Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to cover a sick leave. The position is temporary, but on-going until further notice. The ideal candidate has experience with SAP, and is comfortable doing repetitive tasks (data entry, filing).

Position Summary & Responsibilities :

May assist other customer service reps with

• Receives and processes customer orders / releases, checks for variation and notifies dept. supervisor of any changes
• Contacts customers in advance to notify of late or incomplete shipments.
• Solves any cumulative ship discrepancies through shipping, inventory and customers
• Advises dept. manager of changes in releases.
