We are seeking aseasoned Manager of Quality Assurance Engineering with over 10years of handson experience in automation testing using JavaScriptand a proven track record of successfully leading and managing QAteams.
In this managerial role you will be responsible foroverseeing the entire quality assurance process ensuring thedelivery of highquality web and desktop applications.
Yourextensive experience in test automation team leadership andstrategic thinking will play a crucial role in maintaining andelevating our quality standards.
Your deep expertise in JavaScriptand strong communication skills will be crucial in maintaining ourhighstandards.
Responsibilities :
- Leadand execute the design development and maintenance of automatedtest scripts for web and desktop applications using JavaScript andtesting frameworks (e.g. SeleniumPuppeteer).
- Collaboratewith development and QA teams to understand project requirementsand applicationfunctionality.
- Mentorand guide junior QA engineers in best practices for test automationand JavaScriptcoding.
- Createand manage automated test suites ensuring comprehensive testcoverage.
- Analyzetest results identify defects and communicate effectively withdevelopment teams to facilitate issueresolution.
- Implementand maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI / CD)processes for automatedtesting.
- Participatein test planning strategy development and test casedesign.
- Performregression testing and ensure test environments are properlyconfigured for variousscenarios.
- Stayup to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in testautomation and apply them to ourprocesses.
- Contributeto improving the overall QA process including strategydocumentation andtools.
Requirements

- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a relatedfield.
- 10years of handson experience in automation testing of web anddesktop applications using JavaScript with at least 5 years in amanagerial or leadershiprole.
- Provenexperience in managing large QA teams including remote anddistributed remoteteams.
- Excellentleadership communication and interpersonalskills.
- Proficiencyin JavaScript with a strong codingbackground.
- Expertisein web and desktop application testing including GUI testing andbrowserautomation.
- Strongknowledge of testing frameworks andtools.
- Experiencewith version control systems CI / CD pipelines and test managementtools.
- ExcellentEnglish communication skills both written andverbal.
- Exceptionalproblemsolving skills attention to detail and analyticalmindset.
- Abilityto work effectively in a team and lead byexample.
- Knowledgeof Agile and Scrum methodologies is aplus.
- Relevantcertifications (e.g. ISTQB) are aplus.
