The role :

As a Financial Controller, you will be instrumental in overseeing financial operations, ensuring fiscal compliance, and steering strategic financial planning.

Serving as a bridge between multiple departments, you will acquire profound insights into financial management, expand your professional connections, thrive in a dynamic setting, and be a pivotal contributor to the organization's efficacy.

Typical responsibilities include :

• Supervising accounting and financial teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborating with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Developing budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
• Monitoring all financial operations, including invoicing, cash flow, and daily expenditures.
• Analyzing financial data to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction.
• Implementing systems and processes to maintain the highest level of financial accuracy.
• Advising management on long-term financial planning and potential financial risks.
• Ensuring adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
• Staying updated with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

Requirements :

• Prior experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar financial leadership role.
• CPA designation or equivalent is preferred.
• Mastery in financial software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Stellar verbal and written communication capabilities, adept at liaising with individuals across all organizational tiers.
• Exceptional organizational prowess and multitasking skills.
• Robust problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive mindset.
• Acute interpersonal skills, emphasizing relationship-building with key stakeholders.
• Unwavering attention to detail, ensuring precision in all undertakings.
