Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia is currently searching for an Unauthorized Practice Intake Analyst to join our team in Burnaby.
The Unauthorized Practice Intake Analyst is responsible for intake, analysis, and triaging of files regarding unregistered individuals and firms who are allegedly engaged in engineering or geoscience practice (Unauthorized Practice) or who are allegedly representing themselves as engineers or geoscientists or firms with the right to engage in engineering or geoscience practice (Misuse of Title).
The UPIA takes responsibility for the intake and analysis of all new complaints, opens files, communicates with complainants to gather initial evidence, and applies the triage policy to estimate the risk level associated with each complaint.
