Our Customer Service Representative interfaces with client customers of SharkNinja via inbound / outbound calls and / or via the Internet.

This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding SharkNinja's product and / or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will :

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Be a brand ambassador’ for SharkNinja products by promoting the brand and building loyalty through excellent customer interactions
• Understand the impact they have on the customer’s perception of the SharkNinja brand
• Consultatively position and sell SharkNinja products and services by identifying customer needs and sharing targeted features and benefits to improve product experiences
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.

Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include :

• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector.
• High School or University
• Must be within 65kms of the Chatham office
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work in Windows environment
