As an Integrated Guarding Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring live video feeds while based within our Operations Centre in Burnaby. The role requires quick decision-making and the ability to handle alarm events and incidents efficiently while maintaining professionalism. You should be comfortable working independently, and be confident and assertive to use verbal communication over a two-way radio to deter active crime.
Location: This role is fully office-based in our Operations Centre in Burnaby.
Shifts: We are currently looking for one part-time/on-call Operator. All schedules include at least one weekend shift, and may include afternoon and overnight shifts. There is a possibility for this position to transition into a full-time role in the future, based on operational needs and performance.
