There is an immediate need for a Technical Project Manager located in Canada at Supra ITS. If you are a hands-on, infrastructure-savvy Project Manager who can confidently lead complex infrastructure, cloud, migration, transition, and transformation initiatives end-to-end, this role is for you.
This is not a PMO-only or status-reporting role. You must bring deep technical credibility across systems, networks, cloud platforms, tools, and deployments—enough to challenge architects, guide engineers, and earn the trust of customers.

Team Overview

You will work closely with engineering teams, service delivery leaders, vendors, and customer stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in some of Supra’s most visible and strategically important initiatives.
About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager who thrives in complex, high-accountability delivery environments. This role sits at the intersection of technology and execution, requiring both strong project leadership and hands-on infrastructure knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, cloud, migration, and transformation projects.Own project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.Work closely with systems, network, cloud, security, and application teams.Translate technical designs into executable project plans.Manage customer communications, expectations, and executive reporting.Coordinate cross-functional and multi-vendor delivery teams (Canada offshore).Oversee cutover planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization.Ensure projects align with ITIL, security, and governance standards.Maintain project documentation, runbooks, and status reports.Drive lessons-learned and continuous improvement across delivery.Technical Skills Attributes
Strong understanding of :
Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)Networking concepts (firewalls, switches, WAN, VPNs)Cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS exposure an asset)Backup, disaster recovery, and security toolingAdditional attributes :
Experience with infrastructure and cloud migration methodologiesExcellent written and verbal English communicationHighly organized, self-managed, and delivery-drivenComfortable working in a hybrid roleEducation Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience.5+ years in a Technical Project Manager / Infrastructure Project Manager role.Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure or cloud projects.Experience working with managed services or managing multiple projects simultaneously.PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL certifications are strong assets.Deep hands-on understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies.Experience leading migrations, transitions, or transformation programs.Based in Canada with the ability to work hybrid from the office.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
