We are looking for Automotive Service Technician (Level III) who will work Monday to Friday, 7am to 3 : 30pm.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Performs Parts Cleaning.
• Picks Transmission Cores
• Tears down Transmissions
• Inspects Cores for Surface Preparation, Prepares surfaces
• Paints Casings and Accessories
• Finishes and Packages Transmissions
• Trains existing and new team members as required
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling, including calibration
• Dyno Tests Transmissions
• Assembles Valve Bodies
• Assembles Transmissions
• Performs RMA Failure Analysis
• Respond to sales tech support calls as required
• Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
• Typically reports to a supervisor / manager

Ideal Candidates will have :

• Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspect of this job with 1-2 years of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, be self-motivated and a team player with a positive attitude
• Manually lift and / or move items weighing up to 49lbs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experienced with basic hand tools in a production environment

Salary : $30.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Overtime

Abbotsford, BC V2S 7W2 : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
