Our focus: delivering high-performance equipment, expert support, and innovative, sustainable solutions that set new industry standards.What You'll DoInstall, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer sites and shops.Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment rent-ready.Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.Train customers on safe and proper use of equipment.Travel up to 50% across North America-no two days are the same!What We're Looking ForMechanical/electrical technical background (diesel, gas, HVAC, or similar).Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsfortable working independently and on the road.Experience dealing with customers and a strong focus on customer serviceGood communication skills, along with regular use of cell phones and laptopsValid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if neededExperienced working in a fast-paced, customer focused and safety-first oriented environmentWhat You'll GetCompetitive pay + full benefits.Lots of overtime!!Travel opportunities across U.S. and Canada.Variety of specialty equipment to work on.Stability and growth with a nationwide company.Apply today and join a team where every day brings new challenges, new places, and the chance to make an impact.REIC is NOT open to outside recruiting agency solicitation.REIC and all affiliates operate as drug-free environments, which includes marijuana.
