Job description
Join the team at Tim Hortons as a Restaurant Manager in Windsor, ON and lead with purpose. In this full-time position, you will support the Restaurant Owner by managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences every shift. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to coach and empower a team, this opportunity is made for you.
You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, recruiting and training team members, and fostering a respectful, inclusive atmosphere. With your 3-5 years of experience in quick service and leadership, you’ll help drive success and inspire your team to perform at their best.
About the role: Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll support a successful business by focusing on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and staff development. Your role includes recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse team to meet Tim Hortons’ expectations and goals.
You’ll be expected to plan and execute strategies that increase sales, meet cost targets, and deliver memorable experiences to every guest. If you enjoy building relationships, leading teams, and taking initiative, you’ll thrive in this role.
