Field Welder Supervisor
High Ball Contracting isn't looking for a shop foreman or an assembly line welder. We are looking for a Field Leader who thrives where the pavement ends and the problems begin. As our Field Welding Supervisor / Project Manager, you are the tip of the spear. You will lead mobile crews on high-stakes industrial, marine, mining, and civil projects across BC.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You aren't just pushing a clipboard; you are planning the job, managing the client, and striking an arc yourself when the pressure is on. Whether it’s an emergency hull repair on a vessel taking on water or rebuilding a conveyor in a remote sawmill, you are the person who keeps the project moving—no matter the conditions.
