Meet Your Future Team

The Product Integrity team is responsible for validating the construction, durability, and quality of all Arc’teryx products. We collaborate closely with Design, Development, and manufacturing partners worldwide to raise the bar in how we define, measure, and deliver premium quality—from the first prototype to the final product.

  • Collaborating with factories to establish and maintain Arc’teryx construction and quality standards
  • Performing risk assessments and approve high-risk models for bulk production readiness
  • Participating in the I2C product creation calendar (design initiations, prototype reviews, etc.)
  • Reviewing tech packs, design-for-manufacturing (DFM), and prototypes for feasibility and quality
  • Defining Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) standards, overseeing pilot run and TOP evaluations
  • Providing technical expertise, root cause analysis, and solutions for quality issues
  • Partnering with Materials Quality team during prototyping and commercialization phases
  • Reviewing finished goods (FG) testing reports and ensuring compliance with Arc’teryx standards
  • Maintaining and updating the Quality General Manufacturing Manual annually
  • Defining and tracking KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards to measure vendor qualifications and performance
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and quality systems

Qualifications

  • You have a Diploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Textiles
  • You bring 10+ years of experience in apparel or textile manufacturing, with 3-5+ years of experience managing and developing technical or quality teams
  • You have strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, materials, and manufacturing processes; outdoor technical garment construction experience is an asset
  • You have a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization
  • You possess excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • You bring strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • You are a strong problem solver, with a creative and collaborative approach to solving challenging problems
  • You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills
  • You have the ability to travel throughout Asia and internationally, as required
  • You are adaptable, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for continuous improvement
