We’re looking for two skilled HR professionals to join a team on a 6‑month contract and play a key role in strengthening our talent acquisition and HR operations. If you thrive in fast‑moving environments and enjoy building meaningful partnerships across the business, this opportunity offers the chance to make an impact in a growing organization within the sustainable energy sector. Each role has its own area of focus : one centered on engineering recruitment, the other on business and operational roles, allowing you to bring your expertise where it matters most.

Engineering Recruitment

• Extensive experience recruiting for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles.
• Ability to source, attract, and assess candidates for technical roles across Canada and the U.S.
• Familiarity with engineering talent pipelines, technical assessments, and candidate evaluation metrics.

Accounting, Project Management, and Operations Recruitment
