Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field of study.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with high volume manufacturing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with manufacturing quality.

- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification (or equivalent).
Experience:
- Prior experience working as a manufacturing quality auditor.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and quality management principles.
- Ability to identify gaps, analyze data, and determine root causes of issues.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality-related challenges.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey audit findings, communicate policy changes, and provide training.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing personnel and global quality offices.
- Meticulous in documenting audit results, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects.
This posting is for an existing vacancy within our team.
The expected annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.
