As a Branch Team Lead you are responsible for motivating coaching and encouraging employees. By your leadership the goals purpose and vision for the employees will be brought into focus and executed by your ability to collaborate and build relationships.

A day in the life -

• Provide a positive work environment that attracts retains and motivates talent.

• Coaches trains and motivates team members to meet service and sales goals.

• Supports operational reporting and manages team targets and performance metrics.

• Responsible for assisting branch manager (or overseeing objectives in absence of management onsite) and ensuring that daily service commitments are met.

• Able to answer client and associate questions handle service/call escalations answers phone inquiries complete special projects train new hires and assist in creating processes.

• Maintains necessary relationship with employees to ensure quality service standards are met.

What you will bring to our team -

• Minimum 3 years insurance brokerage experience including at least 1 year of leadership experience.

• Level 2 General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB CIP FCIP CRM).

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $50000 to $60000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
