As a Branch Team Lead you are responsible formotivating, coaching, and encouragingemployees. By your leadership, the goals, purpose, and vision for the employees will be brought into focus and executed by your ability to collaborate and build relationships.

A day in the life -

  • Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent.

  • Coaches, trains, and motivates team members to meet service and sales goals.

  • Supports operational reporting and manages team targets and performance metrics.

  • Responsible for assistingbranchmanager (or overseeing objectives in absence of management onsite) and ensuring that daily service commitments are met.

  • Able to answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, answers phone inquiries, complete special projects, train new hires, and assist in creating processes.

  • Maintains necessaryrelationship with employees to ensure quality service standards are met.

  • Other job responsibilities as required.

What you will bring to our team -

  • Minimum 3 years' insurance brokerage experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience.

  • Level 2General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary Expectations –

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
