Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to create compelling ESS proposals that drive success.
• Analyze customer needs and craft tailored solutions—whether standard or custom—that meet their specific requirements.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support, helping our clients fully understand the benefits of ESS products.
• Lead the continuous improvement of our proposal processes and ESS configurator.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality products and seamless communication with customers.
• Mentor new team members, contribute to marketing efforts, and provide insights that will help shape our future growth.
• Work with our R&D and engineering teams to create innovative, customer‑centric ESS solutions.
