The Vineyard Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and ongoing optimization of vineyard and agricultural machinery across multiple Okanagan (north and south) and Similkameen sites. This role is responsible for ensuring all equipment is safe, reliable, compliant, and operates efficiently to support viticulture operations throughout the growing season and beyond, while collaborating effectively with the management team, vineyard employees, suppliers, teammates and industry peers. The ideal candidate is a team player with the ability to build positive, constructive relationships at all levels of the company.
This is a unique year round full time opportunity to support next-generation vineyard projects while working closely with an expert, forward-thinking team across premium local estate and properties.
This position works out of our vineyard shop in Oliver, BC.
