Evaluation Services Consultant
Job Description
Our federal government client is seeking the support of an Evaluation Services Consultant to conduct a comprehensive literature review of existing programs, services, and research findings related to resiliency and the transition process.
Ultimately leading to recommendations for enhancing the well-being of members and families.

Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience in conducting literature reviews and environmental scans.
- Proficiency in developing effective search strategies.
- Proven experience in program evaluation and performance assessment.
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and apply formal methodologies for evaluation.
- Knowledge of cost-effectiveness and efficiency analysis.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of resilience and transition programs.
- Hold a Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology or Sociology from a valid Canadian secondary school institute or an equivalency document
