The Office Coordinator is a key contributor to overall service delivery and branch operational success. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations, managing front-desk duties, supporting HR functions, and overseeing the full uniform and PPE program, including the fitting, tracking, and distribution of GardaWorld uniform items to ensure employees are equipped safely and professionally while maintaining accurate inventory and records.
As an Ambassador of GardaWorld Security, the Office Coordinator is expected to embody and integrate the company’s core values into all daily responsibilities while consistently upholding our standards of excellence and service quality.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Uniform & PPE Management
Set up new hire profiles and maintain uniform inventory in systemOrder uniforms, PPE, and operational suppliesMaintain issuance and return records and manage reusable stockConduct fittings and support employees with uniform needsProcess Improvement & Cost Control
Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortagesIdentify cost-saving opportunities and improve distribution processesHR Administrative Support
Maintain employee files and support HR documentationAssist employees with HR inquiries and formsSupport tracking Ambassador recognition itemsOperational Support
Provide administrative support to OperationsAssist with scheduling coordination as neededMaintain communication between office and field teamsOffice Reception & Administration
Welcome and assist staff, candidates, and visitorsAnswer and direct incoming callsMaintain reception and office spacesManage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordinationSupport purchasing and supply reconciliationQualifications and Preferred Skills
High school diploma or GED required1–2 years administrative experience preferredLegally entitled to work in CanadaSuccessful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record check as a condition of employment.Ability to lift up to 30 lbsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with team members, management, employees, visitors, and clients.Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and precision.Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and office technology systems.Candidates will undergo a computer skills assessment as part of the interview process.Strong time management and multitasking abilities.Active listening and problem-solving skills, especially related to employee and operational inquiries.Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.GardaWorld : Make the world a safer place
