Position Summary:
• Partner closely with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives
• Lead employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
• Support leadership teams through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and change management
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, communication, inclusion, and continuous improvement
• Oversee HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, compensation administration, training, and policy development
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and workplace safety initiatives
• Drive organizational effectiveness through process improvement and high-performance team development
• Collaborate with external HR teams and operational leaders to support long-term business growth
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Generalist capacity
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization
• Experience supporting fast-paced operational or manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
