Job description
Coast Mental Health is seeking a Part-Time Front-Line Outreach & Mental Health Worker to conduct outreach activities for individuals facing homelessness. This role involves assessing suitability for programs, providing support, and networking with agencies. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Community Social Service with a strong understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation practices and community resources.
