Job Description

Leggat Discovery Ford is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! Reporting to the Sales Manager, as the Sales Representative you are responsible for building relationships, driving results, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team. You must be adaptable and flexible in how the customer chooses to engage from initial inquiring to the final purchase of a vehicle.

Compensation: On target earnings of $100,000+ per year with commission and bonus pay structure

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the buying process
  • Follow up on leads and create new opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives with confidence and product knowledge
  • Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat and referral business



Qualifications

  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Professional sales aptitude
  • Strong digital understanding
  • Creative and solution-driven
  • Understands the importance of being part of a team
  • Utilizes all tools from digital to CRM applications
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • OMVIC Certification
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
