Shift Leader ( Full time )

The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. we are looking full time Shift leader position with around 30 to 35 hrs per week .But in summer Hours may be 40 hrs

we are looking Shift Leader with following skills

• Expected to manage Store independently .
• Ability to make cakes with various Designs
• Efficient to resolve an issue in store
• Ability to Manage a Team and assign work to Crew Members
• Manage Ice Cream delivery and manage stock of ice cream tubs including other merchandise

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a quick service restaurant preferred
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
• Works well in a team environment
