AudioSense is a family owned and family run boutique hearing health clinic. We are two clinic locations : One in Toronto and one in Markham.
We are looking for a receptionist / administrative assisstant for each location.
We are an audiology centre with an elegant touch. We take a comprehensive and holistic approach to assessing and treating hearing and balance impairments in children and adults.
We provide evidence-based clinical care to our patients, and our philosophy of care is three-fold : 1) patient-first, 2) service-first, 3) healthcare-first.

ABOUT YOU :
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude to lead our clinic’s administrative and reception functions.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and you would be responsible for providing superior patient care, reception and administrative support with excellent phone and e-mail etiquette.
You will also be responsible for managing product sales, shipping, inventory, minor repairs on hearing aids , coordinating communications with vendors, suppliers, and other health care providers.
DUTIES
- Duties will include reception / administrative and patient services tasks
- Receiving and assisting patients and visitors in a friendly, positive and welcoming manner
- Performing administrative tasks (including booking appointments, answering phones, responding to e- mails, taking payment, assisting practitioners with administrative requests)
- Creating invoices using the clinic management software, processing payments and returns
- Coordinating orders with and receiving shipments to / from vendors and suppliers and managing clinic stock
- Performing minor repairs on hearing aids and helping patients as needed
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in reception and administrative assistant roles
- Kind, gentle, patient and compassionate individual
- Professional demeanor; excellent communication skills and good time management
- Able to multitask, problem solve and take charge of a situation
- Independently driven, resourceful and self-sufficient
- Highly organized and detail oriented; comfortable working with multiple priorities
- Computer (Microsoft Office, etc.) and social media literacy
- Complete fluency of the English language, both verbal and written. French an asset
Job Type : Full time - Monday to Friday - 9 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
Education : College diploma in an applicable field or Bachelor's Degree (Required)
