What You'll DoAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be an integral part of our care team, delivering skilled nursing support and helping residents live with comfort and dignity:Provide direct nursing care such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and completing treatmentsAssess and monitor residents with complex health needsLead and guide Health Care Aides in delivering high-quality careCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and external care providersMaintain accurate documentation and ensure safe, evidence-informed careSupport residents and families in understanding care procedures and treatment plansParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold confidentialityPractice within full scope as defined by CLHA standards and facility policies What You Bring:A diploma from a recognized Licensed Practical Nurse programActive, unrestricted registration with CLHACurrent CPR/BCLS certification for healthcare providersExperience in seniors care or gerontology is an assetExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsA strong commitment to person-centered care and teamworkCritical thinking, sound judgment, and a compassionate, professional presence Thank you for your interest in us!
