Junior SailPoint Engineer
Join to apply for the Junior SailPoint Engineer role at Marsh. The role will be based in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
This role will support the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors while customizing modules to meet business needs. Collaborate with senior developers and IAM architects to implement identity governance solutions, troubleshoot issues, and integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems. Assist with testing, documentation, maintenance, and ensuring security and compliance standards are upheld.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $94,600 to $141,800. The base pay will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to base salary, the position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
