Make an impact with our Solution Delivery team as Technology Product Specialist. This diverse team of professionals effectively drives change and successful outcomes while ensuring activities remain on track, on scope and within budget. Responsibilities
- Execute the strategic vision for MNP’s proprietary applications in partnership under the direction of Product Manager and executive stakeholders
- Analyze business needs, gather stakeholder requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable work items for development teams
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance product functionality, user experience, and system performance from both business and technical perspectives
- Maintain the product backlog, ensuring accurate documentation of business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with product teams to assess cross‑product features, dependencies, and integration impacts
- Write clear and concise requirement documents and user stories from which developers can write code
- Triage and resolve application issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and strong user satisfaction
- Communicate upcoming changes to stakeholders and gather feedback to inform future improvements
- Prepare training materials and support knowledge transfer to the Application Support Team and end users
- Collect and analyze post‑release feedback, incorporating insights into future sprints
Skills and Experience
Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis in a technology-focused role with proven track record of delivering valueStrong business acumen and ability to understand how application features impact operational efficiency and strategic goalsSkilled at translating ambiguous or high-level requests into structured, actionable requirementsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum or formal Application Lifecycle Management practicesExcellent written communication skills and previous experience in developing technical and business requirements documentationProven ability to liaise effectively with Partners, senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and key decision-makersExperience in application support or customer success within a business or enterprise context
