We are a close-knit team of Home Support Workers, Caregivers, and nurses who work together to ensure our clients have the highest quality of care from every team member. Reliability when working with our senior clients is of utmost importance to assist them with daily living activities!
We take pride in doing the “extra little things” that make all the difference to our clients. We provide quality in-home care services in the Lower Mainland.

Qualifications:
- Seeking individuals wanting a long-term career opportunity that has flexibility, is compassionate, caring, and with a genuine interest in improving the quality of life of others.
- We are seeking caregivers who are willing to take initiative and work well independently or as part of a team.
- The ability to speak and write well in English is needed. The ability to speak another language is an asset!
- Must be able to take the bus and /or drive to work.
- Must live in the Duncan Area or the immediate vicinity.
- A smartphone with data is necessary for scheduling and reporting purposes.
- A criminal record check is required, and 1 professional reference is required.
If you are detail-oriented, like working 1-1 with clients, are dependable, honest, nurturing, and fun-loving, you are just the right person. Job types available: Full-time, part-time positions.
We have ongoing relevant educational training modules to help you grow in your knowledge while you work.
Types of care we provide:
- Companionship.
- Light housekeeping.

- Outings/Taking clients to appointments.
- Overnight Care.
- Respite care.
- Palliative Care.
- Cancer Care.
Caregivers assigned ongoing clients based on their experience and availability, depending on client schedules
