Job Description

We’re looking for an Advisory Services Manager, Distribution Center who will play a key role in shaping the future of HR operations at TJX Canada. In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership on complex Associate and Labour Relations matters, ensuring consistent application of policies across multiple Distribution Centers. You’ll also drive impactful, long‑term HR initiatives—such as program development, process improvements, and technology upgrades—designed to create scalable and sustainable solutions for our growing business.
