The Opportunity

Entry level Production employee for our plant. The candidate must meet production requirements and demonstrate versatility, initiative, strong teamwork and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production equipment, fabricate and assemble corrugated boxes, follow safety protocols, work collaboratively with team members, and adapt to production schedule changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of personal computers
• Ability to work rotating shifts as required
• Commitment to working safely
• Positive team player with excellent work ethic
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to adapt to changes
• Counterbalance forklift certification (an asset)
• Flexo printing, die‑cutting experience (an asset)
• Familiarity with corrugated box fabrication (an asset)
