Hours:

Position Summary:
• Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting scope, budget, or schedule
• Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and field teams
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
• Ensure projects comply with safety standards, regulations, and company expectations
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients
• Support procurement, change orders, cost tracking, and forecasting activities
• Foster strong working relationships across all project stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience managing large commercial or industrial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and scheduling
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with subcontractors, budgets, contracts, and project documentation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving abstract and ability to travel to project sites as required
Bonus Points For:
• PMP designation or formal project management training
• Experience with estimating, procurement, or pre-construction planning
• Journeyman Carpenter or Ironworker
• Strong knowledge of local construction markets and subcontractor networks
