We’re seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join us at Bluebird! Welcome to Bluebird, a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.
Chef de Cuisine
The Chef de Cuisine plays a key leadership role in the overall success of the restaurant, working in close collaboration with the General Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing inventory, optimizing food and labour costs, and ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience that aligns with company values. The Chef de Cuisine works closely with the front-of-house team to maintain seamless service and is an active participant in strategic decision-making with the executive team.
