Koch-Glitsch Canada, a Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team! As a Regional Sales Manager, you will represent Koch‑Glitsch, John Zink, and Koch Specialty Plant Services across Western Canada, working primarily with end users in the refining, petrochemical, specialty chemical, and midstream markets. You will build strong customer relationships by listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and translating technical challenges into clear, value‑based solutions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will plan and execute customer engagements, manage multiple opportunities across a large geographic territory, and collaborate closely with internal engineering, procurement, and operations teams. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills, a self‑motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to create value through teamwork and ownership.

What You Will Do
- Build long term mutually beneficial relationships with key influencers and decision makers by participating in frequent customer engagements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs, pain points, opportunities, and priorities distillation, mass transfer, separation, combustion, and emissions control solutions
- Collaborate with a diverse team to develop technical and commercial proposals that clearly articulate the value the ET&S proposed solution provides.
- Own the sales process, from origination to follow-up, to proactively sell the company's mass transfer, separation technology, and combustion and emission control solutions, validating our technical solution can deliver desired outcome to improve operations.
- Follow up with customers on proposals sent and drive customer “buy” decisions by preparing and delivering influential presentations and messaging with key decision makers within our customer’s organization to close the deal.
- Work with the execution team to ensure that the customer’s expectations are met.
- Exhibit entrepreneurial, customer focused creative problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency to bring value-based outcomes to customers.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Background in engineering and technical sales, process engineering, or application engineering within industrial market
- Experience in technical or solutions-based sales within industrial markets
- Working experience with CRM tools and use to manage the sales process.
- Able to travel 50% of the time
- Located in Fort McMurray or Edmonton, AB and/or willing to relocate to the region
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with mass transfer, mist elimination or combustion and emission control equipment within the refining, petrochemical, midstream, and upstream markets
- Experience with Salesforce CRM tools.
- Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Degree.
