As the size and complexity of the company’s operations have increased, so have the demands on its finance function. As a result of these increased demands the business needs to enhance the leadership of its finance team by adding a Vice President of Finance who will report to the Principal Shareholder and CEO who is very entrepreneurial. As this role is new, it is expected that the existing team will remain in place and the new VP Finance will have the opportunity to bring leadership management and fresh ideas to the Company finance function.
