Job description

SOMMAIRE D’EMPLOI :

La personne titulaire du poste travaille sous la supervision du gestionnaire des services cliniques en soins infirmiers et agit comme ressource clinique principale en soins des plaies et stomies pour la zone. Elle contribue à la prévention, à l’évaluation et à la gestion des plaies et stomies en appliquant des connaissances infirmières fondées sur les données probantes. Elle exerce ses fonctions avec un haut niveau d’autonomie clinique, tout en bénéficiant d’un soutien professionnel à distance de l’équipe régionale des infirmières spécialisées en soins des plaies, stomies et continence (ISPSC). Elle assure la continuité des services spécialisés en soins des plaies et des stomies et joue un rôle clé de soutien clinique, d’enseignement et d’accompagnement auprès des équipes interdisciplinaires, des patients et de leurs familles.

EXIGENCES :

  • Immatriculation auprès de l'Ordre de la pratique infirmière du Nouveau‑Brunswick;

  • Baccalauréat en sciences infirmières;
  • Certificat en Soins immédiats en réanimation (SIR);
  • Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience pertinentes à la gestion des plaies acquise dans les cinq (5) dernières années;
  • Cours de gestion des plaies autodidacte offert en lignepar l’Institut d'enseignement en plaies, stomies et continence (PSC) et accrédité par l’Association des infirmières et infirmiers du Canada (AIIC) ou l’obtenir selon l’échéancier fixé;
  • Cours sur la gestion des stomies autodidacte offert par l’Institut d'enseignement en plaies, stomies et continence (PSC) ou l’obtenir selon l’échéancier fixé;
  • Le programme de formation en plaies, stomies et continence complet d’ISPSCC accrédité par l’Association des infirmières et infirmiers du Canada (AIIC) est un atout;
  • Connaissance de la suite Microsoft 365 et des autres logiciels couramment utilisés au sein du Réseau;
  • Intérêt démontré pour l’apprentissage continu et le maintien de ses connaissances à jour;
  • Aptitudes à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement multidisciplinaire et à maintenir des relations interpersonnelles positives;
  • Aptitudes reconnues quant à la capacité de fonctionner dans un environnement de travail changeant;
  • Aptitudes reconnues pour l’enseignement et la communication;
  • Capacité de planifier, d’organiser et de prioriser ses activités en gérant efficacement son temps;
  • Esprit critique développé et capacité à utiliser le raisonnement clinique de façon rigoureuse et autonome;
  • Leadership et bonne capacité de prise de décisions;
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes d’éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
