Machine Operator Hamilton, ON
Looking for a stable manufacturing role with a path to full-time employment? Randstad Canada is hiring Machine Operators for upcoming contract-to-permanent opportunities with top-tier clients in Hamilton.

Responsibilities
Safely set up and operate fabrication machinery (shears, punches, and press brakes)
Perform daily equipment safety inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Read and interpret digital blueprints using manufacturing software
Manage material feeds, program machine sequences, and track part flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
Assist with general production tasks to keep shift goals on track

Qualifications
1+ years operating fabrication equipment (punching, bending, shearing), or CNC, break press experience
Ability to read basic blueprints and technical drawings
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
Proven safety mindset in fast-paced production environments
