As a Prep Cook, you are responsible for the initial steps in preparing nearly every menu item. Working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients in a fast-paced environment, you will help create memorable dishes for our guests.

This role is ideal if you have a passion for food, an eye for detail, and enjoy working quickly.

Pay range : $18.60 to $19.75 per hour (dependent on experience). Tip pool included.

Requirements

• Previous food preparation experience
• Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Strong organizational skills
• Food Safe Level 1 accreditation preferred
• Must have daytime availability
