Randstad Winnipeg is currently looking for a motivated Outside Sales Specialist to join a manufacturing company in the East of Winnipeg.

Are you a self-motivated, driven, tenacious sales individual who gets along with everyone? Do you enjoy building relationships?

Do you like working in a casual and fast-growing organization? Are you outgoing, enjoy talking to people, and have a bubbly personality?

Do you enjoy hunting for new business, growing market share and sealing the deal?

If you have a minimum of 3 years experience in outside sales - we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Outside sales and business development
  • Customer service and account management with existing clients
  • Quoting pricing and negotiating
  • Customer engagement and upselling
  • Database management
  • Administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Previous Business Development / Outside Sales experience required (3-5 years ideally)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and sense of urgency
  • Strong ability to build relationships with clients and prospects
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the US for tradeshows
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
