Outside Sales Specialist
Randstad Winnipeg is currently looking for a motivated Outside Sales Specialist to join a manufacturing company in the East of Winnipeg.
Are you a self-motivated, driven, tenacious sales individual who gets along with everyone? Do you enjoy building relationships?

Do you enjoy hunting for new business, growing market share and sealing the deal?

Responsibilities
- Outside sales and business development
- Customer service and account management with existing clients
- Quoting pricing and negotiating
- Customer engagement and upselling
- Database management
- Administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous Business Development / Outside Sales experience required (3-5 years ideally)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and sense of urgency
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients and prospects
- Ability to travel within Canada and the US for tradeshows
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
