The bigger picture
We’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy person with a strategic mindset to join our Member Contact Centre (call centre) in Regina as a Member Service Representative .
As a first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing excellent member service by handling various financial inquiries and requests over the phone.
Through conversations and ongoing support, you will uncover and understand member needs in order to fulfil them in a single experience.
Our Member Contact Centre is currently open 7 days a week including statutory holidays.
How you’ll be spending your time
- Taking incoming calls from members, building solid relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner, who proactively uncovers and identifies member needs through meaningful conversation
- Assisting members with their everyday account related activities and providing financial services advice and solutions to meet their needs
- Helping to educate our members on the value of our products and services by providing the most up-to-date and relevant financial information available
- Growing and adapting your skills and knowledge in order to consistently perform with confidence

The experience you bring
- Experience working in the financial industry is considered an asset
- 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role
- Experience in a call centre environment is considered an asset
Salary Range :
$48,480 - $60,600 with 7% Short Term Incentive Target
