  • You are computer savvy and generally comfortable with technology (and can easily learn new software and systems).

A day in your life with us

  • Lead the logistics actions as explained in the store action plan for the pick-up point.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Manager
  • Actively work with matrix partners to reduce transfers and returns, and to generally maintain efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead the unit and team objectives, as well as our sustainability commitment ensuring health & safety processes and waste management guidelines are being adhered and implemented.
  • Assist with the negotiation and monitoring of in-delivery schedules with supply partners and plan resources and equipment needs to ensure optimal availability of products.
  • Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers.
  • Keep the business running smoothly and efficiently, including with inventory levels to enhance customer satisfaction and assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur.

The starting rate / salary for this position is $ 58,000
