Position Overview
The Product Developer plays a key role in creating and maintaining modular, production‑ready designs for control panels. This position ensures seamless integration with SmartProduction workflows, delivering repeatability, manufacturability, and consistency across product lines. The role is central to advancing our digital‑first manufacturing strategy.

What You’ll Do
Create and maintain modular, production‑ready designs using EPLAN tools.Develop modular panel design standards and reusable design blocks.Maintain and govern the EPLAN manufacturing library and SmartProduction data rules.Support quoting processes with accurate design‑based BOMs and layout inputs.Ensure designs are optimized for CNC fabrication and digital assembly processes.Collaborate with build supervisors to refine 3D layouts and wire routing for ease of assembly.Manage documentation, revision history, and version control of all design assets.Translate customer and internal requirements into standardized modular panel solutions.Provide technical input to improve quoting accuracy and efficiency.Ensure digital designs enable high repeatability and reduce build‑time variability.Collaborate across departments to enhance SmartProduction workflows.Contribute to the development of new Standard Panel Products (SPP) and Build‑to‑Print (B2P) offerings.What You Bring
