with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services and the Public Sector. ARC Business Solutions (ARC) is seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist projects in major capital construction and IT Infrastructure rollout in the healthcare vertical.
The successful candidate will report to a Program Manager and will provide support to ensure that projects are on time and on budget.
- This position will be on-site in Regina with some travel throughout the Province of Saskatchewan. Deliverables : Support the Program Director on day-to-day operational support activities including reporting, process flows / maps, presentations;
- Represent the Project Management Office in all partner discussions Perform project coordination functions on specific aspects of the project to increase quality of output Site coordination Overall program coordination of IMIT scope Prepare, monitor and communicate the approved project charter, schedule and budget;
- Oversee all stages of the project cycle through conceptual, schematic and detailed design, construction, client T / O, commissioning and project validation;
- Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer science or Architecture 4+ years’ experience as an IT Project Coordinator, or the ability to demonstrate project management skills 2+ years 'experience building construction and IT infrastructure networking and hardware implementations Trained in Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and working towards attaining PMP designations Experience with taking best practice and applying relevant components to a business unit based on its structure and maturity, rather than adopting all elements of a methodology;
Knowledge of and experience with the Saskatchewan Health Vertical Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
