Job descriptionLeading a hybrid-remote team with a focus on the day-to-day productivity and execution by creating clarity on goals and how they contribute to the overall mission of the business Leverage the key skills of those on the team to ensure the continued growth of the agronomic insights and continued value add to Crop Intelligence users Drive revenue by establishing and executing on an effective sales plan Manage the build and delivery of a great tech stack through project management and understanding how to liaise with the tech team to communicate the needs of the end user Manage the business through a strong understanding of the financial budget, strategic growth plan and the business model that it operates within Actively look for opportunities to create efficiencies within the business and generate additional revenue opportunities while staying true to the outcomes we look to provide to our customers Maintain the culture that has been built within the organization with strong leadership skills Experience leading a team through goal setting and accountability practice to ensure execution of a business strategy Experience within the agriculture industry, particularly the agronomic, input or equipment business A University degree in business or agriculture would be considered an asset
