Duration :   6-12 month contract to hire

As a QA and Application Support Analyst, you will

• Lead and manage smoke and regression testing for applications
• Triage, prioritize, and assign incoming help desk requests
• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and plans
• Establish and improve QA methodologies and tools for defect management
• Analyze risks related to defects and security issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support levels
• Communicate effectively with technical and business teams
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executives
• Stay current with QA best practices and industry trends
