Job description

Data Entry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate information in our customer database.

This role involves meticulous data handling to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all information.

Key Responsibilities :

Input customer information accurately into the database from various sources.

Update existing data in the system as required.

Extract email addresses and phone numbers from provided data sets.

Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities.

Ensure proper use of office systems to handle and store data securely.

Conduct regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement improvements in data collection and processing.

Maintain confidentiality of information, adhering to data privacy and protection guidelines.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.

Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

Experience with MS Office and data programs.

Familiarity with administrative duties.

Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.

High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
