Your role :
- Develop key relationships with customers, the workforce and the community to improve business results
- Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule all personnel. This includes outlining expectations, motivating performance, and giving corrective feedback
- Strategize corporate objectives to grow sales and increase market shares
- Oversee overall store expenses and merchandising standards
- Empower teams to deliver superior customer service
- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
What we're looking for :
- 5 years experience in personnel management
- Experience managing a retail business
- Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous
- Attitude focused on results and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingualism
- Any combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered
